This Privacy Policy explains what information VeeraOne (provided by VEERA Concepts Pvt Limited, a company incorporated in Sri Lanka, "we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers both this website and the VeeraOne app at app.veeraone.com.
Account information: business name, username, email address, and phone number you provide when registering or updating your profile.
Business data you enter: products, sales, customers, staff logins, and expenses you record while using the app — this is your data, which we store and process on your behalf.
Payment information: when you purchase the Pro plan, we collect your business name, email, and phone number to process the order. Card payments are handled entirely by Payments.lk, our payment processor — we never see or store your card details. For bank transfers, we don't collect any banking details from you; we send you ours.
Technical information: standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically for security and troubleshooting.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use your business data (sales, customers, stock) for advertising.
We share information only where necessary to run the Service:
We don't share your business data with other VeeraOne customers, and every account's data is kept isolated from every other account's.
We keep your account and business data for as long as your account remains active. An account with no sign-in activity for 30 consecutive days is automatically and permanently deleted, along with all of its data — this is a strict, system-enforced policy, not a discretionary one, and applies regardless of plan. We send an automated warning email to the address on file at 25 days of inactivity (5 days before deletion) and a confirmation email once deletion has occurred at 30 days. Signing in at any point resets the clock. See Section 7 of our Terms & Conditions for the full policy.
Deletion under this policy is permanent: alongside the account itself, we also remove that business's automatic backups described below, so no copy of a deleted account's data is retained anywhere in our systems. You are responsible for keeping your own backup of your business data — use the in-app "Download backup" export regularly, and certainly before your account could reach 25–30 days of inactivity. You can also request deletion of your account and data earlier, at any time, by contacting us.
Automatic backups (while your account is active). Separately from deletion, we automatically take a backup of your account's data on our own systems — weekly on the Free plan, daily on the Pro plan — keeping the 2 most recent at any time. This is a best-effort safety net on top of your own "Download backup" export, not a guaranteed backup service, and it is not a substitute for keeping your own copy.
You can access, correct, or export your business data at any time from within the app — we strongly encourage you to do this regularly as your own backup, per Section 4 above. You can request a copy of your account information or ask us to delete your account by emailing us at the address below.
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls that keep each business's data isolated from every other's. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
This website uses only the minimum necessary technical storage (such as remembering your dark/light mode preference) and does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
VeeraOne is a business tool and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
This Privacy Policy, and how we handle your information under it, is governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice where practical.
